Nigerian London based Claudia Aderotimi, 20, has been confirmed dead after a buttocks enhancing surgery went awry in The US Miss Aderotimi accompanied by three friends travelled from London to Philadelphia, where only she and another woman checked into room 425 at the Hampton Inn hotel Philadelphia, while her two other friends went to new York to party.
