Hello everyone, This message was forwarded to me this morning, I already knew it is this dumb scammers at work again looking for who will fall for their dumb antics but had to think further How did they get my number? This is the number NCDC usually forward their precautionary and safety message Every week Why didn't I receive this message on my other lines which NCDC don't send messages to? I'm short of answers but I know this isn't a guess work or prediction of phone numbers before sending this messages
