This thing is so painful. You people will not understand. I have tried my best to forget it but my heart hasn't been the same. frozen70: Best advice so far.. been unable to forget about her after 4 months shows that you really invested so much in her emotionally or otherwise. My advice to you is to block all communication channels you have with her. Delete anything that can make you remember her like pictures, chats, messages and get contact from your phone. That's where the healing process can begin. Just move on with life... you're surely gonna fall in love again with the right person who will be just the definition of what you are looking for. 1 Like |

o.p i was once like you.. calm down, its your first breakup, its normal to feel that way.. 4 months is too early to get over her since she's your first and you did the loving.. mine is 1year and 6months+ (we dated 5years) and still haven't completely gotten over her but hey, am perfectly okay and have moved on, i still think about her once or twice, probably as a result of, the law of nature, you know, you can't actually forget your first love or you first sex, stuff like that. am telling you this because you cant completely forget her even when you have moved on with life, but you will learn to live life way better 'without' her.. give yourself time, the process of recovery from heart break like this cant be cheated, even if you suppress it by pretending or trying to dive into another relationship, it will help for sometime, but it will come back to eat you.. just focus your mind on other things, read books, go for sport/exercises, socialize, especially with female, make approach even if they dnt accept, its fun, and never underestimate the power of gaming as a nigga that you are download lots of mobile HD games if you dnt have Pcand lastly, dnt blame yourself for what ever happened, its normal, its her choice, her loss, get over it and move on, trust me man, you are going to be alright and will laugh over all this few years to come.. 1 Like |
