Well he isn't fully Nigerian per say but definitely got some Nigerian blood in him. His name is Babatunde Lukasz Aiyegbusi with the ring name Dabba Kato. He is polish-american but his name suggest he definitely has a Nigerian background. Most notably, Kato has been seen previously as Babatunde who competed at the Greatest Royal Rumble where he stood toe to toe with the “Monster Among Men” Braun Strowman. Standing at 6-foot-9 and 350 pounds Babatunde made an instant impression but would be sent back to NXT for more seasoning. Kato played professional football as an offensive lineman and played for 10 years even getting signed by the Minnesota Vikings but was cut prior to the regular season starting. He would then make the switch to professional wrestling as part of the April 2016 PC class which also included many notable names like Bianca Belair, Nikki Cross, Lacey Evans, and Otis. https://lastwordonprowrestling.com/2020/08/04/who-is-dabba-kato/

Many of us watched WWE underground last week and wondered who this monster was, a towering monster who got two rapid-fire knockouts. Many fans were left wondering who he was and where he came from. Well most notably, he rendered the manhood of his opponent useless. Never laughed out loud in a long while. I didn’t realize who he was even though I watched the match. I kept wondering to myself “he isn’t that big.” I hope he lives up to expectations. |
