So many businesses had failed due to mismanagement, misappropriation of fund, embezzlement, even wrong data that are being processed either by the use of computer in the organization. this had led the investor into health tragedy such a stroke, hypertension even some commit suicide as a result.

There are several cases that we have witness, read about and seen on the media.
but I want us to share this common fact "Business Failure in Nigeria", let examine the causes of these failures, the effect on the investor (Owners) and the possible solution.

I will like all contributors to come with a valid fact by relating the failure of the business with the health problem that been faced by the investor/owner.
With the name of the company, the name of the investor (owners) the causes of it failure and the negative effect on the owner( whether he/ she was admitted) in an hospital as a result of the business failure, the name of the hospital if necessary.

Your contribution will be highly appreciated and will be very useful.
