I am very sad this night. This Sokoloan company earlier today sent messages to my phone contacts calling me fraudster and that one Nigeria Institute of Credit is looking to arrest me for running away with company's money. They said that I am on the run.

I collected a loan of 5k, due on 17th of this month. For some reason, I couldn't pay back on the due date and I contacted them to give till Friday, today to pay back. I have their money, which is just N7200 but I have vowed never to pay that money again.

A lot of my contacts have called me today asking what the issue is. People that I haven't even spoken to in 5 years suddenly called to find out what the issue is after getting those horrible messages.

Now I want to sue them. I am ready to spend multiples of that money on Law suit. I don't care I will spend the money on lawyers.

I have never been into court issues my entire life. If you are lawyer based in Lagos and your chamber is Lagos-based, please reach out to me. I will respond immediately.

Please folks, help me with suggestions on how to go about this.
