Some days back,I had a nightmare..I saw my image but with a face distorted with an evil smile staring at me. I couldn't move nor talk for almost a minute..it was a near-death experience..This is the worst sleep paralysis I've ever witnessed. I'm saying the damn truth. I noticed sleep paralysis occurs when I don't say my prayers B4 going to bed.

During my late teenage I started developing doubts about organized religion. Immediately I crossed into the second decade of my sojourn in this planet , I became completely irreligious.

While I was very religious, I experienced sleep paralysis on several occasions and during such instances all I'd do is try to scream "Jesus" and it would take time before I gain consciousness .

Since I became irreligious I have experienced it twice. On both occasions I just opened my eyes and closed them again , enjoyed my peaceful sleep and woke up fresh in the morning knowing it was natural.

Since I got addicted to masturbation because of my access to expensive and premium pornography which is linked to stress reduction, I haven't experienced sleep paralysis again. Note that there's nothing wrong with my finances , I get better paying contracts and perform greatly at work during weeks I dedicate to masturbation.
