Village towns

We need to elevate our nigerian villages too, without killing the serenity, with soft infrastructure, maintaining the green and upping education/standard of living

I see. But I've also heard complains of cramped up buses during morning rush in England. Perhaps, it's a matter of location.

Yeah, the empty bus thing happens here in North America too. But then, isn't that why we pay so much tax? Lol.

Are you in England? Do you guys also pay with your cards on entering the bus or you have prepaid plans like we do?

Both.

Like, I have a prepaid card that I just put credit on, tap the card and go. It can go according to the plans I want. I do the quarter yearly one.

Then, if the credit expires, I can pay in the bus with my credit or debit card and the driver will gimme a ticket.

Yes, I agree that location can be the influence on the queue in some places like London, I've seen long queues here and there especially while waiting for buses that go long distances.

I am on the countryside, no hustling and bustling of London. I don't like wahala.

Ok... that's cool. Countryside is probably much cheaper too.

They are very good stores or malls to get food depending on what you want. There is Tesco, Aldi, Lidl and others. There are Asian stores and Nigerian shops where food items can be bought at relative cheap prices. You can buy Egusi, Okra, fish, meat, Shaki, Kpomo, cow leg, goat meat, Indomie noodles, yam, plantain and other stuff. They are not expensive.

I also shared a glimpse of some stuff I bought from the African store.

Watch the YouTube video so that you can see more details.
This is quite a beautiful and serene environment. Nice work there wink

Nice!

What buttons was the driver pressing? You guys don't just tap your bus pass on the reader? I actually heard people queue for busses in the UK. Guess it has to do with the population. The African market is rich, that's super great. How are you enjoying the Irish accent?

Thanks for sharing.

As you guy's can see , its the simple things that matter.

Green grass, clean, ordinary car's, buses, not 10 mansions in banana island, g wagons amidst a whole load of rubbish.

Europeans are very conservative in reality.

Thank you for this, this is what we need in Nigeria, basic needs to enjoy good life. Not by boasting up and down claiming you leave in lekki, Lagos where as there's a slum, hoodlums, thugs, no stable power. that can make life unbearable for you, if you leave your comfort zone.

Notwithstanding, I love the serenity, my family is young too, it is a great place to raise kids. Like I still see some of the Brits around bending their knees slightly to great the older ones.

Crime rate is equally lower than the bigger areas.

I just dey use my money buy peace of mind oh.

I am telling you, clean, airy and looking nice. This is how some Nigerian cities should look like not some gigantic and bogus infrastructure the economy cannot maintain. This isn't even Ireland's biggest city sef.

Nice video OP.

Oh... I never thought it would be so. Well, you've got your priorities and I'm sure you thought about that carefully. Bon courage !

NB: Sorry, I don't know how to say 'bon courage' in English. It's an expression we use to wish someone more courage.

Hello, i got admission into Limerick institute of technology, i would like to know if there are jobs in Limerick while studying and after studying
Lifeofgabbyz:
Hello guys. My post today is about Limerick city in Ireland where I currently reside. For those that want to come to Ireland or want to know how some basic things abroad work, you will definitely learn a lot. In my YouTube video below, I explained how the transportation system works in Ireland, how to get good and affordable clothes, how to get food stuff especially African and Nigerian stuff from supermarkets, among other things.

Limerick, which is a very cool and quiet city is Ireland's third or fourth (arguably) urban centre with strong economy after Dublin, Cork and Galway (arguably). It is an ancient city on the banks of the mighty River Shannon, with a population of about 100,000.

I started my vlog my showing pictures of the area where I live in Castletroy before taking a public transport to the City Center where most shops including Nigerian stores are located.

Watch the interesting video below and subscribe to my YouTube channel for more nice posts.
