I still wonder the day all this businessmen on Nairaland will learn that customer satisfaction is key to a successful growth. Very unprofessional especially after receiving fund. Only God knows that I won't give him a dime for gas or whatever he calls it, if his machine is too strong for the land it simply means that he did not do any/good survey. I hate to see vendors who don't live up to expectations. It's causing us more harm than good. Reducing trust between clients and prospective contractors or good vendors here.

I don't know the address of oluwashegun that i meet here, i told him to give me the address of his partner he referred to me, he insisted he didn't know where he lives and didn't have his wife phone number, I'm fed up of been played and undergoing suffering on the service i paid for

You requested that I give you contacts of smaller rig borehole drillers , which I did , with emphasis that it's upto you to make your decisions.

Hmmm...Mr Olusegun, I understand how u feel and I understand that u are not really at fault, but as things are right now, only u can help us locate and talk to this third man that actually did this job. U just need to empathize looking at it from this angle, if u are the one that paid someone to do a job for you and the person abscond like this, u know u wouldn't be happy right? That man called me around past 5 this evening that he just finished installing the pumping machine, i asked him if he has tested what he installed ,he said he hasn't . i will update this thread when i operate the installation he did

My wife called Oluwashegun01 last year September to let him know that the borehole isn't bringing enough water ,it will bring out about 100 litre of water and stop ,it will take 2 weeks for it to bring out same amount of water again , right now ,the borehole isn't producing any water.

Instead of 70-80 m stated in the survey Segun sent to me in mail ,we detected that about 22m was drilled and 0.35HP is the pump that was installed,not even up to 1hp, tiny/light pipe was used to install the pumping machine,4 inch light pipe was used to install the borehole (pipe that can be compressed by soil) making the borehole to be completely useless

I will advise you that we should meet in court thanks.
