I don't know if there are people with the same mindset like me but I think Nigeria is in the state she is because of the kind of youth she grooms, our leaders who are in positions of power have a part to play too. I know not all is one but still majority carries the vote all we care about is reality shows, social media, football matches and all those toxic things in life that won't amount to anything in our lives, I'm not saying that we shouldn't entertain ourselves but we should know that we are obsessing over it and that's not a good thing, If we take a look at Nigeria she needs our help all these old men they are tired they need resting, what we're supposed to think of is how to make Nigeria great and not how to waste your voice, data and strength to support one housemate win so so so money, money that you won't even see talkless of spend. Our mind is so corrupted that we like spreading and creating hate speech and fake news I wonder what good it does us in doing acts like this. We have lived with each other since amalgamation but still we don't know how to live with eachother and I don't think it's Britain's fault or the hausas, ibos or Yoruba but it's our fault as a whole. I hate it when I see an igbo man living in the north not have single scare in the world but an igbo living in igboland make noise. I hate it when i see an ibo man living in southwest not say anything but one that has never leave his LGA complain about discrimination. I am not trying to show fingers here we are all at fault and we are not eachothers enemy and for us to see who's our enemy really is we need to wise.
And whether we like it or not the neighbors we all like to look down on Ghana and co, whether we like it or not they are not our mate they've long surpass us in development. We use to be the giant of Africa, I believe that has a different meaning now.

I don't think there is still hope for Nigeria,
The problem lies with everybody until we are all willing to change Nigeria will never change.

Every new day something bad keeps happening, imagine northern lawyers are endorsing nonsense , government corrupt ,more and more rubbish every day

Instead if us to unite and look for a way forward, some tribalistic would keep ruining everything

Op was intelligent enough and his points were apt about our youth. But you have diverted it,so only these APC members you mentioned are the problems right? The party your people has taken as lord and personal saviour since 1999 and yet nothing to show in your region, are all saints?
Talking about ineptitude, what more ineptitude than voting for failures just because they're PDP? Kerosene governor comes to mind smh

i'm apc edo chapter. Its apc in power and not the pdp. We voted apc to right the wrongs of the pdp from inception but I'm so disappointed with all im seeing in the party I loved so much. Even doing worse than the pdp we called all manners of names. Fyi, In no place have I said I was pdp here. My stance is on whom I'm voting on the 19th and that's where I've come under attack of some apc peeps here but I don't care. Had obaseki remained in the apc, many of the apc members who aren't from edo but applying emotions to things wouldn't have hated obaseki. But you know what? Truth will remain bitter long as it hasn't changed its name from truth to falsehood
