WAS TO BRING D PEOPLE CLOSE TO GOVT THRO INFO, ' and the news caster goes on. I wonder if there's any diff bw FULL TX AND TEST TX. Cos what i always hear from the D.C.A, even this afternoon, is 'THIS IS ATLANTIC FM, 104.5 UYO, ON TEST TRANSMISSION, ATLANTIC FM, A PROMISE FULFILLED!' besides, they wr off air throughout yesterday and just came up by 3pm today. Mayb they knw better than me.
