With abundance of crude oil in Nigeria, the past and present government have continued to export crude oil and import refined products for our domestic consumption with no geniune will to make our refineries work again at 100% capacity.

Is it a deliberate effort by people in government not to make refineries work or the oil marketers sabotage or is it a curse?

Dangote refinery under construction can not supply our domestic needs alone. Failure of governments is really killing Nigeria or maybe I am wrong. Please share more light.

nice question
why many are afraid that it was Yar'Adua's mismanagement and cluelessness that can answer the refinery questions we are facing in present Nigeria

This is the same question I asked in the group until now no APC supporters have given me a genuine reasons why Buhari refuse to do turnaround of our refineries which he said within 1 year he will do,
Why is our refineries not working on full capacity?
what stop Buhari for doing what said during campaign 2014?

Sad to say but colonialism still exhibits potent vestibules of power. Stealthily hidden from view. This one oil company below has more power, assets, and influence than many nations around the entire globe. And a former NNPC oil minister was once in their employ, and is now enjoying her loot and three passports. Correction, make that two, she no go return to Naija.

If they were not running it would be understandable, ALL refineries are running at a loss. That my friend is the real question.
Buhari was quick to make himself minister, for what reason?

We need to privatise those useless refineries. They will never work in as much as governement is still in control. Sell them to Dangote and Adenuga and stop wasting tax payers on damn piece of useless steal.

Does anyone care about Nigeria?

Does it mean Nigerians are being lied to as regards fixing and reviving our refineries?

For what purpose are Nigerians being deceived by our government?

What is so difficult to make our refineries functional at full capacity again and get power generation and supply right?

Its disheartening to know we have elders in government and yet, we still can't get things right in 2020. I am sad and worried that none of these people in power at all level of government really mean well for Nigerians.

Oh God, In You Only I Trust as regards Nigeria.
