And last but not least, scaling your business. What most entrepreneurs and startups don't know is that you can scale your business. Before I go into full details, let me explain "scale". Well, scaling your business means taking it from one end of the value chain to the next(usually higher and more profitable). Take a boutique for example;
You are able to successfully run one boutique.
You decide to start another one mostly somewhere away from your current location and you were successful.
You do that with three more boutiques and you were also successful.
Well, as nice as this may sound, you aren't scaling your business. You are only multiplying your cash flow channels on the same level of the value chain and if you continue doing that, soon, competition could knock you straight out of the game. Scaling such a business goes like this;
