Before you decide to start that business, read this:
Hi,
I'm sure you can all agree with me that being an entrepreneur goes way beyond the word. Yes, being an entrepreneur means you have to be crazy enough about your business idea to go at it "guns ablaze". But, the will alone is not enough. Determination alone is not enough. Without the necessary skills, you cannot realize your full potentials as an entrepreneur. But, what are these skills? .Well, I'd like to refer to them as the "TRIPLE S" formula. You have to:
Strategize
Sell
Scale
Well, in this age of technological advancements and globalization, all but one of these three have become incredibly easier.
Strategizing and
Selling.
Yes, as an entrepreneur, you need to strategize every step of the way in your business as a single step taken in the wrong direction could spell doom for your business. And with the help of amazing technological advances like the internet, you can learn how to not only strategize but take deliberate actions towards your end goal(even from seasoned business men) I recommend you listen to #VusiThembekwayo.
Now, sales through the internet as easy and enticing as it may sound, is no playground. This is because with so many sellers struggling for attention, the market becomes overly saturated with more people who are willing to sell than buy. This obviously leads to fewer sales for those who do not know their way around it. But lucky for you, you're reading this right now. There are numerous classes available for anyone and everyone willing to learn the art of social media marketing. One of such classes is the DPC Af-22 class. But, you can call it DPC for short. It's a class dedicated solely to teaching both old and new entrepreneurs alike the art of selling anything, anywhere on social media. And with an all inclusive curriculum and easy to follow instructions, you'll definitely be on your way to hitting six figures. And last but not least, scaling your business. What most entrepreneurs and startups don't know is that you can scale your business. Before I go into full details, let me explain "scale". Well, scaling your business means taking it from one end of the value chain to the next(usually higher and more profitable). Take a boutique for example;
You are able to successfully run one boutique.
You decide to start another one mostly somewhere away from your current location and you were successful.
You do that with three more boutiques and you were also successful.
Well, as nice as this may sound, you aren't scaling your business. You are only multiplying your cash flow channels on the same level of the value chain and if you continue doing that, soon, competition could knock you straight out of the game. Scaling such a business goes like this;
After successfully doing the above and having five boutiques,
You decide to start your own fashion line.
Now, that's scaling. You decided to go from a retailer of the clothes to a producer.
In other words, you've moved up the value chain.
Those were the basics of entrepreneurship. Although there's more to it than I can explain but I'm sure you'll learn as you go along.
I've been A.I.WILLIAMS a.k.a Mr. Conservative wishing you a successful sojourn in the realm of entrepreneurship.
