To oversee HSE operations across our facilities, we seek to hire the services of an HSE manager with 3 to 5 years experience in food safety.

The HSE manager, who aside from being a professional, must have commendable character, should possess a minimum HND or B.Sc in either Food Science, Food Technology, Food Microbiology or related field. Certifications such as NEBOSH, IOSH and ISPON is an added advantage.

The HSE manager shall:

- be responsible for the implementation of health, safety and environmental activities in all operational areas

- shall ensure compliance of HSE policies in all outlets/locations

- draft or update policies and guidelines

- shall ensure that products meet quality standard

- ensure the implementation, updating, review and auditing of company HSE management systems

- take measures to prevent accidents by regular visits and spot checks of operations in all areas

- advise safety teams/outlet managers on new trends and trade practices

- shall ensure, in collaboration with the Human Resource department, that training needs are identified and processed to close skills gap

- coordinate sectional HSE activities and provide periodic review of performance

- coordinate critical HSE activities such as safety meetings, inspections, audits, investigation and reporting of accidents

- prepare and present annual HSE statistics
