That's nothing to worry about, you'll just have to find a way to open the car door without the key, then contact a key programmer who will programe and cut a new key for your car.

Remember that most Honda vehicles, you'll have to program first before cutting the key to avoid any misunderstandings, because the ECU might reject a previously programmed key or new one.
So program before cutting...
