Good day engineer in the house... Please my laptop was working perfectly until yesterday I tried charging it with gen... It starts giving me problems, once I plug in my charger, I'll freeze and go completely blank. If I shut it down and try powering up with charger plug in, I'll refuse to to boot up until I unplug the charger. Once I plug the charger back it'll goes off... I've tested it on difference chargers still the same problem. I can only charge it when the system is not on. I need help on what could be the problem and solution. I'm suspecting motherboard or charging point |

Check the power rating of the charger. Its probably higher . Try and use the original type of charger that came with ur pc. (Suggestion) 1 Like |

Your charger is fake. Get an original one. Buy from a foreign country if possible to ensure you get the best branded product. |

agohmamuda:Thanks boss, but I've been using this same charger for over 2 years now without any problem until yesterday when I plugged it with gen. Had to try 2 difference chargers, still the same thing. Once charger is plugged and try putting the system on, the light on the power button will start blinking very fast like 5 seconds, the system will shut down. |
