I am currently working on getting capital to start a farm with the aim of producing either maize or palm trees and would like to know if it is possible to buy 2 hectares of rural farmland in any of the south-east states for between #1M and #2M. I know it is possible in some states in the south-west (A plot of rural farmland can go for as low as #50,000) and would like to know if same applies in the south-east as that is where I would prefer to have a farm due to my target market. 1 Like |
