Every local government has its own taskforce that generates revenue for them by selling branded wastebaskets to commercial buses and shops. So its not a new thing. And the price for those branded wastebaskets is double of what its being sold in the market.
They also have the ones that Itire officials sold to each compound in her jurisdiction.
