We need the New World Order.

A small group of a few hundred global oligarchs can implement widespread control via brain-computer interface and ubiquitous surveillance.

This will allow for granular activity and emotional control for all humans on earth, meaning that inefficient and damaging actions can be completely removed, allowing for the planet to recover.

Unneeded humans amounting about 90% of the world's population can be either removed completely, protecting the environment from the harm it is enduring currently, or can be move to concentrated industrial zones where their limited utility will not go to waste as they work on dangerous and/or undesirable tasks that are either inefficient for AI to be dedicated to, or impossible for them to complete effectively.

After we implement Agenda 21 fully, not only will the lives of the 10% of useful human population be significantly improved, but the longevity of both the planet and humanity as whole will also be dramatically increased.

This is the only real option that we have in order to ensure the continued existence of humans on planet earth, and under the New World Order, we will successfully implement this strategy and become the eternal custodians of all humans, the collective knowledge of humanity, and of the earth itself, for the first time in recorded history.
