Good day fella, just curious this morning after reading the thread on Nigeria debt of about 30trillion and how each Nigerian owes about 155,000. So here is my question, if a county breaks off, who pay the debt of the former country. Like if Nigeria fragment into the agitating countries, who is going to pay the 30Trillion owed Thanks |
