Guys I've been wondering,why do kids suddenly become excessively troublesome when they start feeling sleepy?.. I've noticed that most kids become troublesome when they feel sleepy,they start acting stubborn and disrespectful like they want you to make them cry and when you do make them cry,they fall asleep and wake up normal again. Is there any scientific explanation for this behaviour  |

Simple they always need pampering during that period but because wahala too much for parents head they don't notice so they resort to self help by making trouble so you can just notice them |

The kid's brain wants to sleep but the kid's body wants to play.So they confusion breeds trouble and stubbornness. 1 Like |

A child can become cranky as a result of irritability from within. Some times it maybe caused hunger or sleepiness. So all you need to calm him down is to get his attention by maintaining eye contact because if he isn’t paying attention to you he’s unlikely to listen to what you have to say, or to change his behavior. If it becomes a recurring thing, then the child could be undergoing growth spurt in the brain that secrets a homorne that causes irritability. Hence you should be gentle on them eventhough it could be tempting to spank them at such times. |

Trying to keep themself awake they start running around. If they over tired it's worse so try make them sleep before that time comes. |
