Falling under anointing is a regular witness if you have been regular in churches crusade and some other programms organize by penticosta churches or new generation church as I chose to call them in my word.

Falling under anointing is simply a show of the manifestation of the spirit around that enviroment at that point in time, in obedience or to glorify the minister, who is at that point is spiritually stronger than other's present.
Mind you, falling under anointing doesn't neccesarilly mean deliverance, as you might remain the same when you regain conciousness
