just abt 3days ago,i started feeling some little pains inside my manhood,
when i check myself,i saw some cream colour fluid coming out from my manhood
which i dont know what it means,
secondly,i also have the problem of ejaculating very fast during sex,
not able to satisfy myself and my girl during sex period.
though i use to masturbate,but not often just sometimes
i dont know if that could be the reason for all these,
please,can some one tell me what to use cuz i'm not comfortable at all,
