HAPPY BIRTHDAY PAPA: HOW IS NIGERIA?

Who is more special than our parents? And what day could be more important than their birthday? There is no need to think length to realise how great their existence is to our world.

Today is genuinely a wonderful day, a remarkable in my family, and Nigeria at large. Don't be lost in the haze of surprise when I tell you, this nation is my father's twin. Don't bicker when I tell my father's birth ascertained Nigeria freedom. they are perhaps a Twins.

Sometimes, I would ask my father "how is your friend, Nigeria?" And he would grudgingly answer "He's living under her feet, tormenting her people" that's usually the moment how different things could be. My father was born when Nigeria freedom was earned.

But, my father maintained his great tide from the beginning till now. He is a superman! The shoulder upon which my family exist, the bastion where our abode is guaranteed. A man disciplinary whose winking to us, his children is a scroll of guidelines.

Unlike Nigeria his mate, whose wide heart entertain bad omens, like a bad mattress whose stomach is a dome for millions of bugs. My father is different! He's the best, he expensive, more than any treasure.

Therefore, this is your day Papa, my role model, could you please assure me of your infinite enjoyment. Could you please enjoy your day to the fullest papa, and tell us story of your journey with Madam Nigeria.

Your daughter wishes you well papa, Mr Olufemi Fatoki.

Fatoki Grace Kemi.
