According to Wikipedia, "Failure is the state or condition of not meeting a desirable or intended objective and may be viewed as the opposite of success."

As a result, all emphasis was placed on success but none on failure which is most likely seen as the opposite of success which is correct theoretically, conventionally and faulty people's thinking. However, practically failure is key to success because:

1. Failure is a Journey to Success: I won't talk about the famous Edison but let us use a simple and practical example. When you were a baby and you were trying to walk, can you remember how many times you fell?

2. Failure helps you to build stamina. Ask many people in this great profession, how many times they failed? However, it was easy for them to bounce back because of their experience and journey in life.

3. Same coin: if you really understand probability, when a coin is tossed once it is either you get the head or tail. Likewise, as a human, it is either you experience success or failure in life. They're the other sides of the same coin.

4. Growth and Development: There is always gain, some growth and in every success, we should be humble with the realization that without an action greater than us, we won't really be motivated to succeed.

You may not accept the above facts, however, I did not read books to learn these, but learnt these from the University of Life.
