It's been five days now that I can't initiate any transaction with keystone. I can't make withdrawals both manual and ATM, I can't transfer, I can't buy airtime and I can't even check my account balance.... I have never experienced such thing in my life. Why would a bank go for maintenance for up to five days without informing it's customers? At the first day of this issue I didn't even have money to buy food. I have to keep asking people to borrow me money to eat since then. Please is there a way to make them pay this damage they done to me?
