I have noticed a lot of people carrying NIN enrolment form and asking people to pay #1000 upwards.The funny thing is you only have to fill your information and they'll do the submission.No mention is made of when you'll get the card or of biometrics verification.Is this how it's done or there's a grand scam going on? |
