Hello house, please how do I activate MTN YouTube night data package? They keep giving me the package but they don't deduct from it when I use it in the night, rather they deduct from my main day data. Why is it like that? How do I use it?

That's the problem with MTN.

You do night plan and have an active data, they will deduct from your night plan and your data as well.

Even activating airplane mode to combat this isn't working these days.

Your solutions are using Airtel or Glo for night plans if you don't want what you facing to happen or don't have any active data when subscribing to any nightly bundle.

Thanks for your reply. The thing is, when you buy normal monthly day data, they will include 1.5Gb YouTube night data or so, as bonus to be used from 11-6am. The problem is, they don't deduct from the night bonus when you use it at night, rather they deduct from day data. By the time you exhaust your data and buy another one, they will rollover the YouTube night data. The thing will just be multiplying like that but you can't use it. That's deception.

That's odd.
You should contact customer support.
If you're on Twitter, contact them from there and incase you don't get the issue sorted, make noise and tag evidences too.
