queen elizabeth died and went to hell.there she met president george w bush of the usa and ex congolese dictator mobutu sese seko.
the queen asked lucifer if she could use hell's telephone to call the prime minister and find out a few things about the affairs of the kingdom.the call was short.just 2 minutes.satan charged her 1 million pounds for it.

good ol george bush was curious and wanted to find out if bin ladden had been killed.he only spent 1 minute on the phone with the secretary of defense.the bill was handed to him.it was 2 million dollars.
mobutu also decided to call congo.he spent 2 hours on the phone.after his call,satan handed him the bill.surprisingly it was only 2dollars.

bush and elizabeth were very furious and demanded some explanations.why were we treated so unfairily?
satan said; well there are two things:here in hell'there is no such a thing as being fair.also,when you two made phone calls to london and washington,those were long distance calls. but mobutu only made a local call to the congo which is just a suburb of hell.
