I Sincerely Need Help Concerning The Building That Collapsed Recently In ABIA STATE (Azikiwe By Asa Road Aba)

The Engineer,Basil Afokwalam (60years) is well related to me by blood MY UNCLE and he has been held in Police Custody with no quick solution on how to get him out....

Immediately The Incident Happened,he reported himself to the Police Station In ABIA STATE (C.P.S) and was moved to the STATE CID UMUAHIA and since that day he has been feeling so bittered and crying for almost everyday and he is a DIABETIC PATIENT..

Even the owner of the building was available (Exactly 3 Weeks After The Incident) after severe invitation to come over to the Police Station and he's released..

And Let's Recall that a life Tortoise was found buried in that particular Building..

The Town Planner was also suspended for not properly taking over the site and doing his duty..

Please I Really Need Help From NL Members To Help Assist The Release Of My Uncle Cos Every Member Of Our Family Is Not At Rest And He Is The First Son Our Late Grandparents....

They will be taking the case to court today I guess....

Once he is charged to court, the lawyer should ask the court to grant him bail. If all goes well, he will be granted bail.

However, I don't think he will go scot-free since he was the site engineer and structural deficiencies identified from the use of substandard materials

The town planner never did his job and police always come to evacuate people that sleeps at night in that building cos the building is uncompleted...
But these people that lost there lives moved to the upper building when this incident occurred...

He using substandard materials,I don't have much knowledge on that tho..
