I just got a my building plan and was wondering if any one could take a look at it and tell me if there are any thing out of the ordinary before I agree on them to proceed with the final draw. Also from the dimension any one with an estimated number of blocks for this building. TIA.

The plan is beautiful. But I don't understand how he played with levels there. There is about 3 steps as you enter the front porch. Then 3 steps from the parlor down to the dinning. Then another 3 steps from the kitchen verandah down to the outside. You might need to look into it. I can provide you with a detailed cost estimate for the plan.
