I don't know whose responsibility it is to clean up things like this. I saw this dead body yesterday morning, 15th of October on my way to work. It's sickening to still meet it there this morning. God knows if I have enough money, I'll arrange for the removal myself. Someone should do something asap. It's unbecoming.

It's normal in IB  , they will still come And carry it. Been all over the west, It's only in ibadan I've seen so many dead bodies lying around carelessly |
