i av tried to push out my feces for 3 days now but no matter how hard i push, it has refused to come out. i took apple in the middle of the night and took a lot water this morning after a road walk exercise, i'm still unable to pass out feces easily. Pls i need help, maybe a drug that can help. thanks |
