An imminent clash between END SARS protesters and soldiers was averted in Warri, Delta State after protesters blocked an army truck.

The incident according to eyewitnesses was brought under control by the Senior Special Assistant to Governor Okowa on Special Duties, Prince Olatunji Olusoji Gcfr who intervened and beckoned on the protesters to allow the soldiers to pass.

When quizzed by newsmen, Olusoji said he couldn’t have watched from the sides as the issue degenerates into violence, hence he was quick to act.

He urged protesters to conduct themselves in a civil manner to avoid total break down of law and order .
