Mourning night
The stars has gone into hiding ,
The moon wish she can be relieved of her duties.
They can't watch anymore the bullet piercing the bodies of my friends;
Friends who only wanted to see the end of the pains caused by bad governances.

We were only warriors armed with placards and a United voice.
But they came with guns pointing at our helpless selves
Taking with them lives of our brothers and sisters
With their coward bullets becoming brave at our unarmed bodies.

My heart has become like a heavy cloudy sky
It can’t hold anymore the sorrowful rains battling to leave through my eyes.
It’s at this moment that I wish the grave could come with her peace.
Or my ears could be deaf to even the words of my mouth.

I will sleep with tears drenching my pillow
And if the sun ever wakes to see me breathing.
Just know that I have only a sad story to tell about this night
And I can only wish you good mourning in the morning .

Is this the vision 202020 they told us about?
