Joe Biden Condemns Killing Of Protesters In Nigeria by SenseiVoyles: 7:48am On Oct 21, 2020 |
I urge President Buhari and the Nigerian military to cease the violent crackdown on protesters in Nigeria, which has already resulted in several deaths. My heart goes out to all those who have lost a loved one in the violence. The United States must stand with Nigerians who are peacefully demonstrating for police reform and seeking an end to corruption in their democracy. I encourage the government to engage in a good-faith dialogue with civil society to address these long-standing grievances and work together for a more just and inclusive Nigeria. https://twitter.com/mollynagle3/status/1318759059789590530?s=21 https://joebiden.com/2020/10/20/violence-in-nigeria-statement-by-vice-president-joe-biden/# 2 Likes 1 Share

Great!!! This is the attention we need from possibly the next president of the United States. Shooting unarmed people should never ever be tolerated or normalized anywhere. It doesn't matter whether you like the person being shot at or not. We are human beings. We are not animals. Lets start acting civilized for once in Nigeria and maybe our lives might matter to the rest of the world. 5 Likes |

This wicked Pharaoh won't hear because he has ear infections inflicted on him by God. He wont listen because that is the way of the wicked King as he is racing fast to self destruction. His advisers and corrupt kitchen cabinets coupled with a useless and rubber stamp National Assembly will drown with this Pharoe who is oppressing his own people. Buhari the end is near.... What you and your cohorts refused to do peacefully since you ascended the presidency in 2015, restructuring of the country, we shall take it by force. A new Nigeria where equity and justice, peace and progress is about to be born. |

Buhari had demarketed Nigeria beyond redemption... Few weeks ago, people around the globe were discussing about Nigerias music, culture, athletes, professionals like Okonjo iweala you and co..., Now, turn on the international TV channels and all you watch are different stories of buharis killings of people, endless documentaries about Nigerias wretched infastructure and the daily violence that has become the norm in buharis Nigeria! Who in his right senses would like to visit such places? The people work to uplift themselves, their socalled government works to tear them down! Buhari is evil. 1 Like |

The only place that needs revolution in this country is Lagos. This is the only state where the names of all elected offices is written in one man's bedroom. If this Lekki incidence will achieve that, then it's worth it. 3 Likes |

That's what an elected government permitted. They allowed a narrative of the Protesters to go unchallenged for Two weeks plus. Wars are won or lost base on the most effective propaganda. |

There was no single violence in Lekki, but they deplored Soldiers. In Orile and Mushin there were reported violence, but no soldiers deployed. In Edo, there were no soldiers deployed, despite prison break Why was Lekki singled out by the soldiers? Who sent them? 2 Likes 1 Share |

Why on earth would a president choose the killings of his own aggrieved citizens over a presidential address. I have every reason to believe Buhari is not the in charge of Nigeria or there is a deliberate move to provoke the nation to unrest so that violence can be unleashed on the south. The phrase "forces beyond our direct control" by the Governor of Lagos state has a lot of meanings to me. Dear LORD of the Masses, Arise! |

oyinkel:Buhari is in charge! He gave the orders. Stop excusing him! He did same thing in the east many many times! The man likes to be seen as some sort of kingkong.. , as the toughest bloke around. He acts this way because his followers have consistently saddled his worn out image with some sort of mesiah status. Somehow, he has bought into that and have started seeing himself as God sent with the abilities to do and undo... |
