Then the national assets they are burning now how is it affecting the people that gave the order.
This just reminds me of some years back when we burnt school properties in the name of school fees hike demonstration which At the end we still pay the new price That we demonstrated for plus penalty for the destroying school property and an undertaking to be of good conduct before coming back to school.
To me this is not the way we should follow this my people, let’s give peace a chance and watch what they will do on our already given demands.
Those vandalising have snapped, psychologically. How do you expect these youths to trust a government that would allow the military to disperse a crowd of innocent civilians by shooting them with live ammunition?? Would you?? If your relative or friend or colleagues were killed in such a gruesome manner.
Buhari has thrown that option out the window.
Still waiting for him to address the nation. Or we have to beg him to atleast speak up, right?
There has been the protest, and counter protest. There has been killings by both the police/military and hoodlums. There has been cases of rape, looting and not one but two jail breaks! Several government and private buildings have been set ablaze, police attacked and their stations robbed. There has been the boko haram attack and threats from the Niger delta militants.
Yet not a word...and you expect a dialogue. Smh

Here’s a thought - if you cannot afford to train your kids, don’t have 4, 10, 15 or 20+ kids (as they do in the North)...

The irony is that those who can afford it do not have as many kids. There are many things to blame our rulers for, but our population has exploded to over 200m because people have no sense of personal responsibility. Keep looking for “relatives, neighbors and teachers” to take care of the children you made.

I dey with you on your thinking but progressive change is needed.
The one way dey scatter my head is that sanctioned countries have more light than us. Yet, the leaders walk around everywhere like they are doing something.
They should lay out wide progressive plans for the future.
The chicken is coming home to roost.

Exactly.
That's why I keep saying in my posts. No more protest in Lag and Abj. No more burning of police stations and government properties. No more killing police.
It's time to go for political tyrants.

Aswear I am very ambivalent about the happenings in Lagos. * I happen to be someone who knows someone that DIED at Lekki tollgate. I even have a friend who is crippled because of that chaos at Ogolonto. * When you experience this sadness, even you go join burn. It is very very painful. * I dont support violence, but this matter get as e be.

You see what we are saying.

Some people are laughing at us right now.
Our region is at war while theirs is calm...

Using our hoodlums to destroy our land.
why didn't soldiers go after the hoodlums but went after peaceful protesters?

Please open your eyes and see the game they playing with us. It's part of their grand agenda to keep us oppressed...
