Sadly for you, cleaning is different from looking and searching.

You don't know when the camera was placed their or if it's before or after the fire.

The content of the camera was supposed to show what exactly, record something different? Show that shooing did not happen when we already know that shooting happened? Or show dead bodies everywhere?

The camera can not fool forensics and investigators because cameras have digital fingerprints to determine when and what time pictures and videos are taken.
