Please I need help on How I can Get a scholarship (fully or half sponsored) admission for Masters program Abroad (Mechanical Engineering in particular) as An HND holder here in Nigeria.

I need to know the necessary requirements and steps to take.

Evaluate your HND with WES and apply to universities in the US. Your WES evaluation comes out as bachelor.

WES US is what would be appropriate for him if he is eyeing gradschool in the states. Though the processes are pretty similar.
