I was gifted a shop located in a busy street last month by my elder brother the shop is located upstairs, initially I wanted to rent it out so that I can rent a shop downstairs since I wanted to invest in a wholesale food stuffs business like,bag of rice, indomie, vegetables, gallons of red oil etc.
I knew my brother won't be happy if I rent it out and also getting a shop is difficult these days.
Please I need advise on any business that will be lucrative upstairs.
I have about 1 million naira as a start up capital.

Well not every business is suitable for any location, you need to factor in so many variables into making the right decision which also includes your passion. Business doesn't just mean buying & selling, it needs the 'You' factor. I can't really advise because I don't know all the variables.

omo! if I climb upstairs buy one bag of rice, shy u go throw am down from the up or na me go carry am? guy that biz won't work upstairs, open boutique and sell fine QUALITY stuffs, people will go through rain n sun to look fine, betting shop, lolzzz guys will climb trees or rope to enter your shop, barbing saloon, if you sabi cut, them go fly come.
