Am looking at my 1 plot of land in osogbo. I plan to build 4 room self con at the breadth end of a plot of land.

I want to know the total amount to complete the building, breaking it down, starting from foundation.

I need your sincere advice.

The breadth end is just for the 4 rooms self con. I hope to build a story building on d remaining part of the land.
