My budget is between 2500 to 3000 per month and also I am on a tight budget so I will not be able to pay more than 10% to agent. After house rent payment,
If possible I need direct house from the landlord

agents are the one increasing the pay... and majority of them are from the west. won't mention their tribe. they want to rip from where they did not sow. very greedy set of humans.. they know themselves. they claim they are the owner of lagos. their greed for money is just too much... money them nor work for you they will want to collect it...
