About the role:
• Position: Estate Security Officer
• Location: Multiple Nigeria Sites
• Pay Rate: Site related pay - Between minimum wages per month
• Hours: 60 hours per week guaranteed (able to work more)
• Shifts: Various days, nights & weekends
Job Requirements:
• Estate or Patrol Security Experience of at least 1 year
• Must be flexible and be able to workdays, nights, weekends and have the flexibility to change due to operational needs
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• To provide excellent levels of customer service at all times
• The role includes you to conduct opening & closing procedures of a building, patrolling, reception duties, access control, answering incoming telephone calls, Conducting emergency procedures
• CCTV Operators experience will be a bonus
About You
• Able to demonstrate and deliver high quality guarding and customer service to both our clients and service users.
• Taking all reasonable and required measures to protect the Estate

Estate Security Officer - VARIOUS DAYS & NIGHTS - 60+ hours per week
Do you have excellent customer service skills with the ability to provide a friendly and secure front of house service?
CIS Security have an exciting opportunity available for a Estate Security Officer to cover multiple sites across London to our prestigious client base.
About the role:
• Position: Estate Security Officer
• Location: Multiple Nigeria Sites
• Pay Rate: Site related pay - Between minimum wages per month
• Hours: 60 hours per week guaranteed (able to work more)
• Shifts: Various days, nights & weekends
Job Requirements:
• Estate or Patrol Security Experience of at least 1 year
• Must be flexible and be able to workdays, nights, weekends and have the flexibility to change due to operational needs
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• To provide excellent levels of customer service at all times
• The role includes you to conduct opening & closing procedures of a building, patrolling, reception duties, access control, answering incoming telephone calls, Conducting emergency procedures
• CCTV Operators experience will be a bonus
About You
• Able to demonstrate and deliver high quality guarding and customer service to both our clients and service users.
• Taking all reasonable and required measures to protect the Estate
• Taking up various static positions around the Estate in order to deter crime
• Carry all duties as per instructions including event specific requirements
• To convey a smart, well-groomed appearance in approved uniform, provide a first-class customer service and display high levels of vigilance throughout a shift
• To ensure great teamwork at all times always demonstrating a “can do” approach
• To be aware of, and report, any incidents or suspicious activities in person or via radio communications to control room.
• To provide security presence to event managers during high profile events, particularly in the unlocking of all areas accessed for the event
• To portray a friendly, professional and courteous demeanour always, using open and appropriate body language.
• To assist in any other reasonable duties as required
• Reliable, Responsible and Punctual
• The ability to be pro-active and think on your feet use initiative
• Be confident you are able to undertake 100% of all specific duties
• Be able to provide all the documentation and vetting information requested
