It's with great joy and happiness to share with you my dear friends on my successes so far on this project.
I'm employed, but needed to do something separate from my main business. While searching for where to invest my reserved resources, a friend of mine introduced me into this broiler farming. Initially I had my fears because of the unsuccessful stories I had from people who ventured into it.
My friend assured me he will guide me through the entire process because he is into this business for over 15 years now with positive records.
So for a start, I decided to start with 250 birds, my budget was 400k, unfortunately the prices of the birds, drugs and feed increase by some percentages. Nonetheless, I must see the end.

When the birds arrived at the farm 16/9/2020, by the ways, the farm is situated in ALADJA udu near warri.

Day 1, I kept them here for about 2weeks, this place was used as the brooding room.

After about 12days, the birds were vaccinated, with a particular vaccine called ornibor( not too sure about the name again, it was produced in Czech republic. I kept the bottle anyway)

Initially a started with New hope feed, bought 10 bags.

We are following.

after 12days, before transferring, I must clean up the main bowl. so I quickly left office to fumigate the place. I need to be economical you know.

After 12days I brought them from brooding room to the main hall

After 12days

I stocked 250 pieces, as at day 12, I already had 7 mortality.

Day 14, now they grow in irreversible increase in size and weight.

Day 24, still matching on.
