Own your dream home in 4 simple steps:
● Find a property
We list all property types ranging from flats, estates, studio apartments, detached houses, whatever your choice is. You can view a wide range of property listings in your preferred location.
● Make an offer
Easily find a property on our platform and make an offer, proposing how you'll like to buy the property. You can select from available offers or create a bespoke offer.
● Verify the property
We communicate the acceptance of your offer or otherwise within 24 hours after which you may request a physical inspection (if the offer is accepted) to verify the property and complete the application process. This step is recommended before you make any financial commitment.
● Own it
Once relevant documentation is completed, you can move into the property and continue to pay the agreed rent. While you already pay in installments and live in the property, the ownership documents to the property will only be released when the rental payments sum up to the purchase price as agreed.
