Oladipo was born in Silver Spring, Maryland, and raised in Upper Marlboro, Maryland.[4] His mother, Joan Amanze Oladipo, a nurse, and father Christopher Oladipo are immigrants from Nigeria.[5] Oladipo’s father is a public health executive for Prince George's County, Maryland,[citation needed] with a Ph.D in behavioral science from the University of Maryland, College Park.
