Where did you check it and what did you use to check it?
Check it again like twice with some minutes interval.
If it stays that high,go and see a doctor.You will need drugs.


Note:you don't have to feel sick or be in pain.That high blood pressure can cause a stroke.

if u feel something is wrong, pls go to the hospital for a proper checkup, prevention is better than cure you know

Check it again early morning.first thing after waking up.and better to use the manual mercury sphyg.if its still high then try and see a doctor/pharmacist.but it would help you to exercise daily,loose some weight,sleep well at nite,reduce ur stress level,dont overthink,reduce salt intake,junk food intake,sugar too.local herbs like zobo,garlic,ginger,saint leaves,bitter leaves,tumeric,onions,cinnamon can help lower ur bp.but try see a doctor sha.
