Instead of investing in 'Civilian JTF', and other none-such, why don't you just invest heavily in education and economic empowerment; by doing this you cut recruitments into Boko Haram, as well as provide your people with worthwhile ventures to keep their minds from being the Devil's workshop. |

As much as it hurts to play politics with human lives I thought they said BH has been defeated, oh wait they were only technically defeated. Shame on this administration.
