I am a single lady.Been working hard since to become something.I got 2plots of Land in my name.Survey has been done.I don't have a child. With the death of my father last week which I swear is still taking a huge toll on me.I have always been lost in thought.I don't know how to move on.It really hit me so hard. I use to use my parents as my next of kin.Sometimes my elder sister. But this is my first long-term investment.Do I use our last born who is in 200level or my elder sister who is married with kids. I kept it a secret but I now want everyone to know cos life can be too short. Please I need answers. My lawyer needs my response.

I like that your elder sister with two kids. She sounds like someone who can make solid decisions when called upon. Of not her, pick someone whom you feel would make solid decisions on your behalf when called upon

The next person I had in mind travelled to UK this year for studies. My sister can but am looking at the fact that she is married. They equally have lots of investment.

I also think you should pick your sister who is married with kids...the fact that she and her husband already have their own investments is comforting
