Employees of the funeral and burial home were found guilty and sentenced for taking pictures of the late football icon, Diego Maradona next to his open air coffin during pandemic time. The 3 employees were sent to fix the coffin of Maradona whom passed away at the age of 60.

The 2 pictures that were captured showed the employees posing next to Diego Maradona while smiling with their thumbs up. When the images surfaced on social media platforms the public were not at peace with what the 3 employees did, they received backlash from the fan's of the late Diego Maradona.

Matias Morla who is the attorney of Maradona has taken legal action against the"Smelly Boy" in charge taking the pictures. The manager of Sepelios Pinker entertainment ceremony hall in Buenos Aires, Argentina to told the media houses that the 3 men in the the photos were "Outsourced Employees" (contract workers).

Mr Picón in a interview with TN news reveal that "The actions made by the 3 employees have damaged the reputation and integrity of our company and we have been in partnership with the Maradona family for a lot of years.".

Mr Picón revealed that his company has helped the Maradona's with funeral services previously and that the family had a very good relationship with his company and what happened might cost him that.
